This policy describes information used to qualify and deliver Paxlori's focused WordPress patch service. The public request form is disabled until the seller and service configuration are complete.

Who handles your information

Seller identity and jurisdiction are pending. Contact details will be published here before requests are enabled.

Information collected

When requests are enabled and you submit the form, Paxlori collects your name, company, email, public website URL, issue description, expected result, your agreement to the terms and this policy, and a request ID. The service creates a reference and timestamps to track the request and prevent duplicate submissions.

Hosting and abuse prevention may also process basic connection information such as an IP address and request time. If a request becomes an order, the service keeps the confirmed scope, test and delivery records, and the transaction information needed to fulfill and account for the order.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, customer personal data, payment card details, or full source exports. The public form does not upload files. If a reproduction is needed later, it must be a small sanitized example shared through an agreed private method.

How information is used

Information is used to assess whether the issue fits, respond to your request, agree on the scope and slot, prevent abuse and duplicate requests, prepare and test a patch, deliver it privately, and handle corrections or refunds. Paxlori does not sell request information or use it for advertising.

Requests go through a manual, AI-assisted review. Relevant, sanitized issue descriptions and reproduction details may be processed with AI tools for qualification, analysis, patch preparation, and report preparation. Avoid including any information that is not necessary to explain the issue. No submitted reproduction is published as a customer example without separate permission.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts this site and its request endpoint, and processes web requests and operational connection data.
• Supabase stores submitted requests and the service records needed to handle them when intake is enabled.
• Stripe may process payment after you review the proof and choose to pay. This form does not collect card details and does not start a checkout. Payment records are subject to the provider's handling when payment occurs.
• AI tools may process sanitized issue and reproduction details as described above. The private work confirmation identifies any additional provider that needs those materials before they are shared.

Providers process information to supply these functions. Depending on their infrastructure, information may be processed outside your country. Access to request and delivery records is restricted to the service workflow.

Retention and deletion

Requests that do not become orders are deleted within 30 days after qualification closes or the request is declined or withdrawn. Customer reproduction files are deleted within 30 days after delivery or the end of a correction request, whichever is later.

Order, payment, tax, refund, and other transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable law. A narrowly necessary record may be kept longer to resolve an active dispute or legal obligation. Provider backups and operational logs may expire under their retention schedules.

Cookies and browser storage

This page does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party fonts. The form keeps entered details and its retry ID in the current page's memory; it does not save them in local storage. Reloading or closing the page clears that browser state. Hosting and a separate payment page may have their own necessary security mechanisms.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a request. To ask for access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of a non-order request, use the published seller contact above and include the request reference if available. A deletion request may leave records that must be retained by law. Identity may need to be verified before information is released or changed.
